Flight (2012)

Whip Whitaker, an airline pilot, wakes up after a night of drinking, drugs, and sex with a flight attendant. He miraculously lands a plane after a mid-air catastrophe. As the investigation unfolds, it reveals the pilot's alcoholism and negligence. Whip faces the possibility of jail time, loss of his pilot's license, and the shame of causing deaths. Through a series of events, he begins to confront his addiction and tries to rebuild his life.
