A group of teenagers, including a blonde girl named Riley, hold a party in an abandoned hospital. As the night progresses, they discover a hidden room containing demonic artifacts. One by one, the teenagers become possessed and start to exhibit violent and supernatural behavior. Riley and her friends must find a way to escape the hospital and break the demonic possession before they are all killed.
