Evilenko (2003)

Evilenko is a psychological crime drama based on the true story of Andrei Chikatilo, one of the most notorious serial killers in Soviet history. Set in Ukraine in the 1980s, the film follows the cat-and-mouse game between detective Vadim Lesiev and Chikatilo, as the killer continues to elude capture. As the body count rises and Chikatilo's heinous crimes become more gruesome, the film delves into the depths of human evil and the lengths one man will go to transform into a monster.
