Escapee is a horror thriller movie about a homicidal maniac who escapes from a psychiatric hospital and goes on a murder spree. Fueled by insanity and mercilessness, he hunts down his victims using a hunting knife, leaving a trail of terror and blood behind him. As a female detective and a group of convicts try to stop him, they find themselves trapped in a dark forest, fighting for their lives.
