Escape from L.A. (1996)

In the year 2013, Los Angeles is isolated from the mainland due to a massive earthquake. The island has become a lawless prison where the United States government sends its worst criminals. When the President's daughter steals a doomsday device and flees to Los Angeles, a war veteran named Snake Plissken is sent on a mission to retrieve it.
