End of Sentence follows Frank Fogle, a recently widowed man, and his estranged son Sean. After his wife's death, Frank is determined to fulfill her dying wish by taking her ashes to a remote lake in her native Ireland. Despite their rocky relationship, Frank convinces Sean to accompany him on the journey. As they embark on a road trip through Alabama and Ireland, they gradually discover the true meaning of family and forgiveness.
