Amidst Hitler's rise to power, the Eldorado nightclub in 1920s Berlin serves as a decadent and hedonistic haven for the queer community. Gays, lesbians, and trans people dance cheek to cheek with the rich and powerful, experiencing electrifying music and intoxicating scents. However, the Eldorado is also a space of contradictions, as some openly gay visitors come dressed in Nazi uniforms.
