Disturbia (2007)

When a teenager is placed under house arrest, he begins spying on his neighbors. He becomes suspicious of one neighbor who matches the description of a serial killer from the news. With the help of his friends, they uncover evidence of the neighbor's crimes. As they try to gather more evidence, they are caught by the police. In the end, they manage to escape and expose the killer, putting an end to their ordeal.
