District B13 (2004)

In a dystopian Paris, a cop and a resident of the dangerous District B13 must team up to rescue the cop's kidnapped sister and prevent a powerful crime lord from using a neutron bomb. With time running out, they navigate through street gangs, drug dealers, and corrupt cops to complete their mission.
