In this movie, Dick Tracy must stop a criminal gang from stealing a dangerous chemical formula. Along the way, he encounters a bandaged-faced villain known as Gruesome, who uses knockout gas and other devious tactics to try to stop him. With the help of his bumbling sidekick, Tracy races against time to save the city from disaster.
