Dear John (2010)

A soldier, John, falls in love with Savannah, a college student, during his vacation. They continue their relationship through letters, but after the September 11 attacks, Savannah ends it with a Dear John letter. John re-enlists, but when his father falls ill, he returns home. He discovers that Savannah has married someone else but still loves him. After her husband's death, they reunite.
