Dear Evan Hansen (2021)

A socially anxious high school student named Evan Hansen finds himself in a complicated situation when a letter he wrote to himself as a therapeutic exercise ends up in the possession of another student who later dies by suicide. The student's parents mistake the letter as their son's suicide note, leading to a series of misunderstandings and a lie that Evan is forced to maintain. As the lie spirals out of control, Evan discovers the power of human connection and learns important lessons about love, forgiveness, and acceptance.
