Cut Snake (2014) tells the story of an ex-convict named Sparra Farrell who tries to leave his criminal past behind him. As Sparra navigates his newfound relationship with his fiancée, Paula, he becomes entangled in Pommie's web of violence and obsession. Set against the backdrop of the underground gay scene in 1970s Australia, Cut Snake explores themes of sexuality, attraction, and the consequences of hidden desires.
