Samar, an orphaned child, works at a restaurant called Jason's, owned by his widower boss. Jason becomes Samar's new paternal figure and mentors him in his secret vigilante role as Zeitgeist. Samar takes on the persona of an anonymous therapist, helping the people of Maddenville. As he navigates his dual life, Samar faces challenges and explores themes of growing up, mental health, and romantic entanglements within the city.
