Canola is a touching drama that revolves around an elderly woman named Haejoo who lives on Jeju Island. After being abandoned by her mother at a young age, Haejoo becomes estranged from her family and lives a lonely life. However, when her granddaughter, Chungah, suddenly appears, she embarks on a journey to rediscover her past and develop a strong bond with her. Through the beautiful backdrop of Jeju Island and the determination of a haenyeo, Haejoo learns to heal her wounds and find happiness once again.
