Buona Sera, Mrs. Campbell is a comedy/romance movie set in Italy, exploring the story of a woman who had affairs with three different men during the war, resulting in her giving birth to a daughter. She has been receiving support from the three men under the guise of them being the father of the child. However, when they visit her home town to attend the reunion of veterans, their secret gets exposed, leading to a series of comedic events.
