In a world where bubbles rain down and break the laws of gravity, Tokyo has been isolated from the outside world. A group of young people who have lost their families now compete in parkour battles across the skyline of Tokyo. When ace player Hibiki falls into the gravity-bending sea and gets trapped in a train car, he is rescued by Uta, a girl with mysterious powers. Together, they discover a unique bond through their ability to hear a sound only audible to them.
