Blown Away (1994)

Blown Away is a 1994 action thriller film about a psychopathic IRA terrorist who escapes from a British prison and comes to Boston to seek revenge on the cop who captured him. He starts planting bombs all over the city but is thwarted at every turn by an explosives expert who used to be his colleague. The film follows the intense cat-and-mouse game between the two main characters as they try to outsmart each other and save innocent lives.
