Bloody Mary (2006)

After the death of her sister, a psychiatric patient named Mary escapes from the insane asylum and seeks revenge on those responsible. As she goes on a killing spree, she becomes known as Bloody Mary. The authorities try to cover up her crimes, but they soon realize that Mary is not an ordinary slasher. She has a supernatural ability to appear in mirrors and can kill her victims through them. As the body count rises, a group of survivors must find a way to stop Mary and prevent her from continuing her reign of terror.
