Trucker Jack Burton and his friend Wang Chi get caught in a supernatural battle with an ancient sorcerer in Chinatown after his fiancee is kidnapped. They team up with a group of allies to infiltrate the sorcerer's domain and rescue her. Along the way, they encounter powerful magicians, street gangs, and monsters.
