A group of police officers respond to a call for backup and find themselves trapped in a nightmarish world filled with extreme violence, body horror, and madness. As they navigate through the darkness, they are confronted with gruesome scenes, including throat slitting, eye gouging, and gore. They soon realize that they are not alone and that their own sanity is at stake.
