Barry Munday, a womanizer, wakes up in the hospital after being attacked and finds out that he has lost his testicles. He is told by the doctor that he had a reckless encounter with a woman who is now pregnant and he might have fathered the child. Determined to find the woman and face his responsibilities, Barry embarks on a journey of self-discovery and unexpected romance.
