In the small coastal town, mysterious deaths start happening after the water supply becomes contaminated. As the body count rises, it becomes clear that mutated barracudas are behind the killings. The local sheriff and a group of scuba divers must find a way to stop the deadly creatures before they wipe out the entire town.
