King Bhupati Ray of Ballabhpur is on the verge of bankruptcy and decides to sell his 400-year-old ancestral mansion to pay off debts. However, a cursed ghost from his ancestors' past decides to create obstacles when a potential buyer shows interest. The dilapidated Rajbari of Ballabhpur is inhabited by Bhupati Ray and his servant, Manohar, both burdened with heavy debts.
