Angels in the Outfield (1951)

A young boy named Roger, who is living in a foster home, prays for his favorite baseball team, the Pittsburgh Pirates, to start winning. His prayers are answered when a group of angels start helping the team on the field. With their help, the Pirates begin to climb up the standings and have a chance at winning the pennant. Along the way, Roger forms a bond with the team's manager and learns valuable lessons about family, faith, and the power of belief.
