Angel is a teenage girl who leads a double life as a student at a private school and a vigilante targeting criminals. When a serial killer starts murdering young girls in Los Angeles, Angel sets out to stop him and bring him to justice. Along the way, she encounters dangerous situations and unexpected allies.
