Aliens vs Predator: Requiem (2007)

In a small Colorado town, two Predators and a crew of humans must band together to survive when an Alien-Predator hybrid and a horde of Aliens are unleashed. As the townspeople are attacked, they realize that the military has a secret plan to use them as bait. With the help of a Predator soldier, the survivors fight back against the extraterrestrial invaders and escape the town before it is destroyed. Meanwhile, a government agent learns about the technology possessed by the Predators and seeks to prevent it from being used on Earth.
