Alexander, the King of Macedonia, rises to power after the assassination of his father. He seeks revenge on the Persians and conquers Western Asia and Egypt. Throughout his journey, he faces battles, builds relationships, and ultimately creates an empire. However, his dreams of conquering the East lead to his downfall, and he dies at a young age. The story is narrated by Ptolemy, who reveals that Alexander's death was possibly caused by poisoning.
