A group of college friends embark on a road trip and find themselves in the Ozarks where they come across the fabled Albino Farm. They soon discover that the farm is home to a family of violent and deranged albino people who are intent on sacrificing them to their twisted religious beliefs. As the friends struggle to survive, they must confront their own fears and grapple with their morality in order to escape the deadly clutches of the Albino Farm.
