A View to a Kill (1985)

MI6 agent James Bond is sent to recover a microchip and uncover a plot by an industrialist to destroy Silicon Valley and dominate the microchip market. Along the way, James Bond encounters a psychopathic owner of a horse racing company, a genetically engineered Nazi experiment, and a KGB connection. With the help of allies and a love interest, Bond must prevent the catastrophic plan and bring the villain to justice.
