A Shock to the System (1990)

Graham Marshall, an advertising executive, becomes disillusioned with his stagnant career and crumbling personal life. After a series of frustrating events, he decides to take matters into his own hands and starts manipulating and eliminating his colleagues and loved ones to climb the corporate ladder.
