In 8 Heads in a Duffel Bag, a vacationing hitman's duffel bag gets switched with another identical bag at the airport. Unbeknownst to him, the bag contains eight severed heads. As he heads to Mexico to deliver the bag, chaos ensues as he tries to keep his secret hidden and dodge the police, gangsters, and a grandmother on the search for her missing engagement ring.
