28 Days Later (2002)

Late one night, British animal rights activists break into a laboratory and unleash a virus that turns people into uncontrollable monsters. Twenty-eight days later, a survivor named Jim awakens from a coma in a deserted hospital. He joins forces with other survivors to find sanctuary and escape the infected.
