13 Sins (2014)

In 13 Sins, a desperate man named Elliot receives an anonymous invitation to participate in a mysterious game. He soon discovers that he must complete 13 tasks, each more dangerous and morally ambiguous than the last, in order to win a large sum of money. As Elliot continues to complete the tasks, he finds himself spiraling deeper into a world of violence and deception. With his financial troubles mounting and his sanity at stake, Elliot must decide how far he is willing to go to secure his future.
