Two decades after the terrifying events in Jatijajar, the evil spirit Jin Ummu Sibyan returns—this time in the village of Giritirto. After a heated argument following a football match, a group of kids unknowingly unleashes the ancient terror with a careless curse at dusk. Possession follows, and the nightmare begins again.

In a remote Central Java village, Adi and Saman are often punished by their strict teacher, Mrs. Woro. One day, they swear that they hope she dies, and shortly after, she tragically passes away. Adi and Saman then experience terrifying supernatural terror, encountering a mysterious spirit in a teacher's uniform. As the terror escalates, Saman fights his brother to death and commits suicide during the Maghrib call to prayer. Ayu suspects a more frightening evil force behind these events, and vows to save Adi from the same fate.
