Toys are mistakenly delivered to a daycare center instead of the attic before their owner goes to college. They try to escape and return home.

Along the way, they encounter an antique store, a doll named Gabby Gabby, and must rescue Forky from the clutches of the ventriloquist puppets. Woody decides to stay with Bo Peep and help lost toys find owners.
