Many years after its initial 1984 release, The Mutilator is being remade. A wrap party has been scheduled for the night following the final day of shooting. Cast members of the original film have been invited, and everyone is excited. Unfortunately, they are besieged by an unknown killer who favours the use of the same or similarly-flavoured nautical implements of death as used by Big Ed, the original grief-crazed Mutilator maniac.

A group of teenagers heads to a beach house for a weekend getaway, only to be terrorized by a sadistic psychopath. As the night progresses, the characters are murdered one by one in gruesome ways, leaving the survivors to fight for their lives.
