In a post-apocalyptic world, Alice and a group of survivors travel through the desert to find safety. They encounter zombies and the evil Umbrella Corporation along the way.

In a post-apocalyptic Washington D.C., Alice, a skilled fighter and survivor, must infiltrate The Hive, the underground base of the Umbrella Corporation. There, she discovers that the corporation plans to release a lethal virus that could wipe out humanity. With time running out, Alice must battle hordes of mutants, zombies, and other monstrous creatures to stop the deadly virus and save humanity from total extinction.

In a dystopian world, a special military unit battles a powerful supercomputer and mutated scientists after a laboratory mishap leads to a zombie outbreak.

While still out to destroy the evil Umbrella Corporation, Alice joins a group of survivors living in a prison surrounded by infected who also want to relocate to the mysterious but supposedly unharmed safe haven known only as Arcadia. In this fourth Resident Evil movie, the original Alice ambushes the CEO of Umbrella Corporation, Albert Wesker, who injects her with a serum that eliminates her superhuman powers. Alice follows an emergency broadcast to a survivors' safe haven in Alaska and eventually finds a small group of survivors in a maximum security prison. Together, they try to make their way to Arcadia, a cargo tanker traveling along the coast. However, they soon discover that Arcadia is actually a trap set by Umbrella to conduct experiments on survivors. With the help of Chris Redfield, Claire Redfield, and other survivors, Alice battles Wesker and attempts to turn Arcadia into a real safe haven.

Alice wakes up in the Raccoon City hospital after being experimented on and discovers the city has been overrun by zombies. She must find a way out before a nuclear bomb destroys the city.

In this fifth Resident Evil film, picking up immediately after the events in the previous film, Alice and the others on the Umbrella Corporation freighter Arcadia face an attack by a fleet of airships led by Alice's former ally, Jill Valentine, who's been brainwashed by Umbrella. Alice fights to escape and reunite with her allies while battling zombies, clones, and the Red Queen's plan to wipe out humanity.
