Pudhupettai tells the story of a young man named Kokki Kumar who rises through the ranks of the criminal underworld in Chennai. He becomes a powerful gang leader and gets involved in various illegal activities including drug trafficking and prostitution. However, his ambition and ruthlessness eventually lead to his downfall.
