In the 1970s, a young orphan named Rocky is lured into the world of crime and becomes a powerful underworld figure. Fueled by greed and a desire for revenge, Rocky rises to the top, facing violence, danger, and betrayal along the way.
In the blood-soaked Kolar Gold Fields, Rocky's name strikes fear into his foes, while the government sees him as a threat to law and order. Rocky must battle threats from all sides for unchallenged supremacy. After detailing the events in K.G.F: Chapter 1, Rocky takes over the Kolar Gold Fields and faces opposition from central ministers who plan his downfall. As Rocky's influence grows, he must also deal with the resurfacing of Adheera, Suryavardhan's brother. With his newly acquired weapons, Rocky fights against his enemies, saves K.G.F, and gains control over Bombay. However, his actions attract the attention of Prime Minister Ramika Sen, who plans a military action against him. Rocky halts exports from K.G.F, continues mining, and retrieves evidence of his involvement in money laundering. Despite being pregnant, Rocky's wife Reena is fatally sniped by Adheera. In the final clash, Rocky and his henchmen defeat Adheera and disrupt Sen's speech at Parliament. Sen enforces the Indian Army and issues a death warrant against Rocky. He evacuates K.G.F, but refuses to surrender. Sen orders to bomb K.G.F and Rocky's ship, resulting in his death. In the post-credits scene, a CIA official hands over a file about Rocky's crimes to Sen, and a peon finds the final draft of K.G.F: Chapter 3.
