In the sequel to the original Hayride, the terrifying burlap-hooded killer returns to continue his deadly spree. As the town is plagued once again by gruesome murders, a group of friends must uncover the truth behind the legend and find a way to stop the killer before they become his next victims.

A college student named Steven is looking forward to a fun Halloween night out with his friends, but things take a terrifying turn when they decide to go on a haunted hayride. Steven soon realizes that the legend of a pitchfork-wielding killer haunting the hayride might be more than just a story. As the night progresses, Steven finds himself being hunted by the deranged killer, and he must use all his wits and courage to survive the night.
