In Hong Kong, a series of gruesome murders prompts the police to form a task force led by Jun, a former brilliant detective who suffered a mental breakdown. As Jun conducts his own investigation, it becomes clear that the victims are all suspects from cold cases targeted by a mysterious figure called 'The Sleuth'. Now, Jun and a detective from the task force must race against time to catch the killer before more lives are lost.
