Amy Mitchell, a married woman with two children, feels overworked and over-committed. After catching her cheating husband, she publicly quits the PTA and goes on an all-night bender with Carla and Kiki. Inspired by their newfound freedom, Amy takes a relaxed approach to parenting and decides to run for PTA president against the domineering Gwendolyn. Through a series of events, Amy's life starts to change for the better and she realizes the importance of self-indulgence and making mistakes.

A Bad Moms Christmas follows our three under-appreciated and over-burdened women as they rebel against the challenges and expectations of the Super Bowl for moms: Christmas. And as if creating a more perfect holiday for their families wasn't hard enough, they must do all of that while hosting and entertaining their own mothers.
