In this animated adventure, Patch, a dalmatian puppy, embarks on a thrilling journey through the streets of London to rescue his kidnapped friends and become a hero. Along the way, he encounters various challenges and learns the importance of courage and loyalty.

In 1950's London, England, a dalmatian named Pongo and his owner Roger meet Perdita and her owner Anita. The two couples get married and soon Perdita gives birth to a litter of 15 puppies. However, the puppies are abducted by Cruella De Vil who wants to use their fur for fashion. Pongo and Perdita enlist the help of other dogs through the 'Twilight Bark' to rescue their puppies. With the help of a cat named Tibbs and a horse named Captain, the Dalmatians manage to outwit Cruella and her henchmen and safely bring back their puppies.
